Where do I get my credit reports?
Florida Credit Services will obtain
credit reports from the 3 Bureau's for its clients.
If you decided to obtain your own credit reports you

Do you offer a refund policy?
To qualify for a refund, you have to
be a client of for 7 months or more. As a client you
must forward all updated credit reports within a timely
manner "within 10 days of receiving the reports" to
give F.C.S. a chance to dispute these accounts.
Our
refund policy is as follows, at your written request
along with 3 current credit reports we will calculate
how many deletions and/or improvements we have made
to your credit files since the start date. A value
of $95.00 per item 'deleted or improved' will be subtracted
from the amount of money you paid. An initial purchase
or signup fee is non refundable the day after the third
day of contract.
You will only be charged
the amount initially agreed to, nothing more. implements
our $95 per item pricing for refund calculations, any
extra items we remove over the amount you pay are only
benefiting you and we will never charge more for removing
multiple items from credit reports.
When do I get updates on my account?
You will receive regular monthly updates by mail from the credit bureau's we are disputing.
Can I fix my own credit?
Yes you can, but if you add up the time, postage and research to communicate to all 3 bureaus and to continue the following up of multiple accounts you are requesting to have deleted or corrected, some may feel time would be better spent doing the things they enjoy. If you feel knowledgeable enough about credit repair and have time to dispute such derogatory items on your credit we suggest you do so.
How do I send you my credit reports and where?
We require all credit reports and correspondence to be mailed to PO Box 600920, Jacksonville, FL 32260.
Am I tied to a contract?
No, you can cancel at anytime.
Is this service legal?
Absolutely yes, in fact we use the laws and rights under the fair credit reporting act and many other laws to pursue and correct information on your credit bureau files.
Cost
Our costs are as follows': Your account will be billed $79.00 per month. recommends a minimum of 5 months of service to provide the highest level of results for our clients. If results are achieved before this period, simply call, email or phone our company to stop services on the account. You may pay by Check, Money Order or direct bank draft (ACH). We charge only for services we perform the month prior, in accordance with federal regulation we will never charge in advance for any services.
Why do I need to improve my credit?
A higher credit "FICO" score will give you a lower monthly payment and a lower interest rate. Your chances of approval on a loan are greater, and there is a good possibility you will qualify for less money down on a loan.
Credit checks among employers are becoming more common, employers feel the way you handle your finances is a reflection of behavior in other parts of your life.
You may also reduce payments on car, life, health, home and credit card payments.

Its unfortunate but common, more than 70 percent of all credit reports contain errors. Its no wonder, with more than 4.5 billion pieces of data added every month it's only a matter of time until an error occurs.
